Terms and conditions
Once full payment has been received, it is our responsibility to produce a design that is as accurate as possible while remaining compliant with copyright.
The customer is responsible for making full payment, and providing a clear description of the item requested, plus accurate contact and delivery details. As part of that clear description, the customer is responsible for the accuracy of body measurements and then relating those to our own sizing chart. We will assume that the customer has measured the chest of the intended wearer, and actively used that measurement in conjunction with our own sizing chart.
It is then our responsibility to manufacture to high standards and deliver to the address nominated by the customer.
Delivery
Each product is made to order as a bespoke product to the size and design requested by the customer. It takes time to adapt a design to production standards and then print, cut and sew, before packing and delivering.
We there normally allow four weeks from payment to delivery. There are times when that timescale mày be extended a little, in the peak holiday season and before Christmas. We will always attempt to deliver as quickly as we can.
Returns and Refunds
We always appreciate and take note of feedback. If you have any concerns about your experience with us, please let us know in the first instance. If you are disappointed in any way, we will try to rectify the situation.
If no other option is satisfactory, we will on the return of the product to our registered office, either provide a replacement item, or a refund.
